Professor Duo Li

Huazhong University of Science and Technology,  China


Prof. Duo Li, Professor, Doctoral Supervisor, recipient of the National Young Talents Program, Humboldt Research Fellow, and Senior Member of IEEE. Prior to returning to China in 2026, he served as Associate Professor at Newcastle University, UK. He obtained his bachelor's, master's, and doctoral degrees from Huazhong University of Science and Technology, the University of Queensland, and the University of Auckland, respectively. He has held positions at the University of Cambridge, the German Aerospace Center (DLR), and other institutions. His research interests include traffic sensing and control, intelligent transportation systems, transportation system resilience, and urban computing. He serves as Associate Editor for IEEE Transactions on Neural Networks and Learning Systems, Transportation Research Record, and IEEE Open Journal of Intelligent Transportation Systems. He is also a reviewer for the Royal Academy of Engineering, a committee member of the Transportation Research Board (TRB) of the US National Academy of Sciences, a panel member of UK Research and Innovation (UKRI), a committee member of the World Economic Forum (WEF), and a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (HEA). He has led or participated in over 30 research projects in China, the UK, Germany, and other European and American countries. He has published more than 50 papers in leading journals such as IEEE TITS and Cities, with an h-index of 24.

Professor Yingmin Yi

Xi'an University of Technology,  China


Yingmin Yi, Professor (Grade III), Doctoral Supervisor, Dean of the School of Automation and Information Engineering, Xi'an University of Technology. He is a Leading Talent in High-Level Scientific and Technological Innovation of Shaanxi Province, Deputy Director of the National Engineering Research Center for Crystal Growth and System Integration, Deputy Director of the Engineering Research Center for Crystal Growth Equipment and Control Technology (Ministry of Education), Director of the Discipline Innovation and Talent Introduction Base for Silicon Single Crystal Growth Systems for Integrated Circuits in Shaanxi Provincial Universities, Dean of the Shaanxi Provincial Future Innovation Research Institute of Integrated Circuit Equipment and Core Devices, and Leader of the Shaanxi Provincial Key Scientific and Technological Innovation Team. He also serves as Vice Chairman of the Xi'an Society of Automation. He has published over 100 papers in journals including IEEE TIM and Energy, and has participated in the development of 3 national and group standards. He has presided over or participated in more than 20 projects, including the National Science and Technology Major Project, the National 973 Program, Key Projects, and Shaanxi Provincial Major Key Projects. He has received 4 First Prizes of the Shaanxi Provincial Government Science and Technology Award and 3 First Prizes from national first-level academic associations, of which he was the principal investigator in 3.

Professor Weihua Xu

Southwest University, China


Weihua Xu, a professor at the School of Artificial Intelligence at Southwest University, is a doctoral supervisor, a leader in academic and technical fields in Chongqing, a key teacher for young and middle-aged teachers in Chongqing, and Lecture Professor of Minjiang Scholar. He also serves as a senior member of the International Rough Set Society, a senior member of the Chinese Association for Artificial Intelligence (CAAI), the deputy director of the Knowledge Engineering and Distributed Intelligence Committee of CAAI, the secretary-general of the Granular Computing and Knowledge Discovery Committee of CAAI. He is the associate editor of the international SCI journals IJMLC and JIFS, and an editorial board member of the Journal of Zhengzhou University (Science Edition). He has published over 260 papers in high-level domestic and international academic journals such as IEEE TCYB, IEEE TFS, IEEE TNNLS, IEEE TETCI, IEEE TBD, IEEE TAI, INF, INS, KBS, FSS, etc., with over 180 papers indexed by SCI (times), over 7800 citations on Google Scholar, an H-index of 47, and 11 papers selected as ESI highly cited papers. He has published 5 academic works with the Science Press. He has successively presided over 4 National Natural Science Foundation projects and more than 20 provincial and ministerial-level scientific and technological projects, won the third prize of the Hebei Province Natural Science Award, and has served multiple times as (co-)chair of international (domestic) academic conference programs and youth forums. He has been invited multiple times to give keynote speeches at international (domestic) academic conferences. He has achieved certain research results in the fields of artificial intelligence, data mining, cognitive computing, granular computing, information fusion, and knowledge engineering. From 2020 to the prsent, he has been contiously selected the Global Top 2% Most Cited Scientists and Lifetime Scientific Influence Rankings.

Professor Kunpeng Zhao

Shandong Jiaotong University, China


KunpengZhao, Head of the Department of Bridge Engineering, Professor, and Master's Supervisor. He serves as the Director of the Key Laboratory of Construction and Maintenance Technology for Long-Span Bridges in Northern Icy Sea Areas (Shandong Transportation Industry), Deputy Director of the Key R&D Center for New Infrastructure High-Speed Railway and Urban Rail Construction and Maintenance, Expert of the Shandong Provincial Transportation Science and Technology Innovation Expert Database, Technical Advisor to the Pacific Construction International Group, and Deputy Director of the Bridge Steel Structure Professional Committee of the Shandong Steel Structure Industry Association.He has presided over 1 sub-project of the National Key R&D Program, 1 project funded by the Central Guidance on Local Science and Technology Development Fund, 1 joint project of the Shandong Provincial Natural Science Foundation, and 4 municipal- and departmental-level research projects. He has also led over 100 industry-sponsored (horizontal) research projects, with a total research funding of more than 20 million RMB.

He has served as the chief editor of 4 academic textbooks, published over 20 academic papers, and obtained more than 20 patents. He has been awarded 2 Shandong Provincial Teaching Achievement Awards and 2 provincial- and ministerial-level industry science and technology progress awards. Under his guidance, students have won 1 First Prize, 2 Second Prizes, and 1 Third Prize in the National College Student Structural Design Competition. He holds the professional qualification of National Registered Highway and Waterway Testing Engineer.
